TUNCURRY BOAT RAMP

Public BBQ

This Tuncurry park along Wallis Lake features electric barbecues, a modern skatepark that draws local teens, and fish cleaning tables where pelicans regularly congregate. The park includes a water park that attracts families during peak holiday periods, with public toilets and wash-down facilities located across the road near the boat ramp. Parking can be tight during busy times, especially around Christmas when the area gets packed with families using the water park. The lakeside setting provides views over Wallis Lake, and the pelican watching around the fish cleaning stations is a reliable entertainment option. The facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, making it a functional spot for launching ocean skis or boats, though expect competition for parking spaces when the water park is operating at full capacity.
